Processing stages

The initial selection and shaving
After an initial selection, we perform a wet-blue grading before proceeding with the shaving stage, bringing each hide to the precise thickness required.

Retanning, dyeing and fatliquoring
This is followed by the retanning, dyeing and fatliquoring stages, carried out in our drums and closely supervised by our technicians, who continuously monitor one of the most crucial phases in achieving an excellent final product — a process further enhanced by our new automated system.
3.
Finishing
Once the hides have dried, they are prepared for the finishing stage, where they are trimmed, softened by staking, buffed or ironed, depending on the article to be produced.
The finishing process is carried out by spray application: our specialists oversee this stage with great care to ensure that the final product fully reflects the intended article effect and the precise colour requested by the client.

Selection and packing
We then move on to the final selection, where meticulous care and expertise ensure an accurate grading of every hide.
